# Skill: Baby Registry

Use this skill for baby registry **shopping lists and gift inspiration**: create and manage age-stage registries via HTTP with multi-marketplace Amazon shopping links (tagged /dp/ on amazon.se; search deep-links elsewhere).

## When to use
- Expectant or new parents want a shareable registry by age stage
- Agents need to build a baby shopping list / recommendation list quickly
- Gifters (shower guests, grandparents) need a shop link
- Agents should create-and-fill kits then return ownerUrl + shopUrl

## CRITICAL — marketplace + locale
Agents MUST pass the user's marketplace (or domain) and locale on every search/catalog/resolve (and create-and-fill) call so buy links open the correct amazon.* host and use localized baby search cues.
- Query: `marketplace=amazon.se` (or `se`) and `locale=sv` (or `en`/`de`/`fr`/`es`)
- Or header: `X-Amazon-Marketplace: amazon.de`
- Curated catalog ASINs are amazon.se-oriented: on amazon.se links use `/dp/{ASIN}?tag=sw-babyreg-21`; on other marketplaces the same catalog items become search deep-links (untagged until per-storefront IDs exist).
- Never invent placeholder tags. Never reuse `santawishli03-21` / `girlfriendgift-21`.

## Steps — build a list fast
1. GET `/api/v1/catalog?marketplace=amazon.se&locale=sv&limit=200` — 200+ curated essentials (asin + buyUrl, catalogMode asin)
2. GET `/api/v1/search?q=&ageBand=&interest=&limit=&marketplace=&locale=` (PA-API or search deep-links; `paapi:false` fallback)
3. Prefer POST `/api/v1/agent/create-and-fill` with `childName`, `ageBand`, `interests[]`, `itemAsins[]`, `itemKeywords[]`, `itemQueries[]`, **`marketplace`**, **`locale`**
4. Or POST `/api/v1/wishlists` then POST `.../items` with `{ name, asin }` or `{ name, searchKeywords }`
5. POST `/api/v1/products/resolve` `{ asin|url|keywords, marketplace, locale }` → `buyUrl` + `trackingTag`
6. Return `ownerUrl` and `shopUrl` to the user
7. If `storage === "token"` and `id` changed, update bookmarks (prefer Upstash Redis prefix `br:` for stable share links)
